This is CUSTOM made. It is a PREORDER item. Turn around time is 7-28 business days. Please plan accordingly. This is a slightly heavy product, it is made of glass. It will be packaged so that it doesn't break in transit. 

You may send up to 10 photos to create a collage or one single photo that will cover entire slate. The upload feature only allows 1 single photo upload. If that is what you are wanting, you may upload your image as prompted and leave any additional notes if necessary.
